  這首農夫的耕作之歌不曉得大家有沒有聽過？搭配這首歌的遊戲一起玩更有趣喔！以下就來介紹這首歌的玩法，媽媽帶小孩，樓頂帶樓下，週末一起來跳一跳，甩甩肉吧！

玩法：

1. 選出一個農夫站在中間，剩下來的參與者則站成一個圓，一邊跟唱兒歌一邊律動。

2. 當農夫的人跟著歌詞做出播種、站立、用腳踏、擊掌、環顧四方的動作。

3. 第一小節結束後由當農夫的人指定下一位，並退到圓圈上。

4. 接手的農夫跟著第二小節律動，同樣做出歌詞動作，結束後指定下一個農夫，自己再退回圓圈上。

5. 如此反覆，直到所有人都當過農夫為止。
